Learning about Sir Alex Ferguson management skills from ex Manchester United and England player, Paul Barker. It was an honor to meet Paul Barker and listened to him telling us about his football career. One thing that stood out from his talk was how Sir Alex Ferguson personnally took him around Old Trafford. Sir Alex knew everyone by name including the person who was mowing the lawn. Sir Alex's interest in people make others want to work for him.
