SIMPLE & LOW COST Improvement Programs

Continuous improvement programs need not be costly and complex. It does not make sense that the effort put in implementing improvement program cost more than the results it yields. It is also counter productive, if more time were used in collecting and analysing data than in actual improvement activities.
